Superior Design Benefits

Champion Group products feature innovative design with no rubbing consumables (springs, rollers, latches, counterweights, etc.), significantly reducing maintenance costs to nearly zero. This engineering excellence ensures long-term reliability with minimal intervention required.

Maintenance Requirements

The door operator can perform basic inspections approximately every 4 months independently. However, at the customer's request and within the framework of a separate contract, our specialists can perform comprehensive annual maintenance and safety checks of the delivered goods.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty Terms

The warranty is provided for Champion Group products including: Door systems, Partition products, Professional installation services.

Extended Warranty Option

When concluding a separate servicing agreement, the warranty extends to 3 (three) years from the delivery date — an additional 1 (one) year.

Warranty Responsibilities

Our Commitment

The Warrantor is responsible for ensuring proper function of the product(s) throughout the warranty period. Any deviation from expected performance shall be considered a product fault requiring our attention.

Fault Classification

A fault includes (but is not limited to): manufacturing defects, structural deficiencies, functional errors, design flaws, performance issues, and omissions impacting overall product usability during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: Accidents, lightning strikes, floods, storms or other force majeure events

Service Process

Step 1
Immediate Notification Required

To prevent further damage, the Buyer must immediately notify the Warrantor of any fault discovered.

Step 2
Response Commitment

The Warrantor shall repair or replace faulty goods (as appropriate) within a reasonable time from the date the Buyer submits fault notification.

Step 3
Assessment Criteria

Determination of reasonable repair period considers: Goods' characteristics, Type of fault identified, Buyer's business operation requirements.
