Production lead times vary by manufacturer, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks. These times are approximate and not guaranteed. We will inform you of any extended lead times or backorders during the order review process.

Billing Terms & Secure Payment:
When you place orders or access your personal information, all sensitive credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted. Credit card number information entered into this website’s checkout is not seen during checkout or stored after the order. We do not have access to the credit card information submitted through the website nor can it be seen at any time.

Payment Terms:
All payments must be made in United States currency at checkout or via negotiable paper collectible at face value in United States funds. If you have any disputes regarding an invoice, please notify our customer service personnel promptly and confirm such notice in writing.

Late Payment Fee:
Any amounts not paid when due will be subject to a late payment fee computed daily at a rate equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate permissible under applicable usury law.

Collection Costs:
You agree to pay our reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and other expenses incurred in the collection of any amounts not paid when due.

Financial Condition & Insecurity:
If, in our sole judgment, your financial condition or any other circumstance causes us to be insecure with respect to your performance of any obligation under this contract, we may accelerate and demand immediate payment of any amounts owed, suspend performance, or cancel this contract.

Order Confirmations:
Sales order confirmations are emailed for every order. If you find any discrepancies, please notify us immediately at (+372) 5808 4218 to ensure you receive the correct products.

Order Changes:
To make a change to your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing your order by calling us at (+372) 5808 4218 and speaking with a customer service representative. No other method of change will be accepted. Changes made after the 24-hour period will incur a 20% change fee. Orders begin to process immediately after ordering, and 99% of our items are made to order.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by calling us at (+372) 5808 4218 and speaking with a customer service representative. No other method of cancellation will be accepted. Cancellations made after the 24-hour period will incur a 20% change fee if the order has been partially completed. If the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled. Orders begin to process immediately after ordering; 99% of our items are made to order.

Shipping Damage:
Shipping damages must be reported to the shipping company driver and to us immediately. Replacement orders for damaged goods are given priority.

Return Policy for Hardware:
Eligible returns, excluding damages and defects, must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. A 50% restock fee plus return shipping will apply to all eligible returns. An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) will be issued upon review. You must return the hardware in new condition and with no damages. Once your returned hardware is received into our warehouse, you will be given a refund (less the restock fee) within 10 business days.

Measurements:
For custom orders, you are solely responsible for providing us with the correct dimensions for the goods. All dimensions should be verified in the field before submission.

Structural Design Limitations:
You are solely responsible for determining that the structure can adequately resist the resulting vertical, lateral, and moment loads associated with the installation of the goods.

Warranty:
We stand behind the manufacturer's warranty and will assist you with all warranty claims. Refer to the Limited Warranty section for details.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
Except as expressly provided in the warranty section, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the goods sold hereunder, including, but not limited to, implied conditions of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, or any other matter. No agent, employee, or representative has any authority to bind us to any affirmation, representation, or warranty except as stated in this contract.

Warranty Nullification:
The warranty shall be null and void if payment is not made or if the goods are modified in any manner.
