Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized products.Items marked "final sale" or purchased during promotional events.Non-Process:
Contact us at store@champion-group.eu to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.We will provide return instructions and a shipping address (Estonia or EU-based). -
Refunds
Timing:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned opened, used, or damaged by the customer. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.We will arrange a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. -
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping.Contact store@champion-group.eu immediately to request cancellation. -
