Thank you for shopping at DOORGROUP. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Eligibility:
    You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
    Non-Returnable Items:
    Custom-made or personalized products.
    Items marked "final sale" or purchased during promotional events.
    Non-Process:
    Contact us at store@champion-group.eu to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
    We will provide return instructions and a shipping address (Estonia or EU-based).

  • Refunds

    Timing:
    Refunds are processed within  7 business days  after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
    Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may be issued for items returned opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within  48 hours of delivery.
    Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
    We will arrange a free replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Cancellations

    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
    Contact  store@champion-group.eu  immediately to request cancellation.
