Delivery Inspection:
Upon delivery, if you observe any damage to your hardware packages, you must note the damage or refuse the delivery due to damage with the driver. Claims will not be allowed without doing so. We ask that you open and inspect your packages thoroughly for any missing or incorrectly shipped items. Any damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Shipping Damage:
Damages must be reported to the shipping company driver and to us immediately, as mentioned above in the Delivery Inspection section. Replacement orders for damaged goods are given priority to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

30-Day Return Policy:
At Hangar Door Parts, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restock Fee: A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee applies to all returned items without exception.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return. -
