Delivery Methods:
Ground Orders: Ground orders will be delivered directly to your door or the closest, safest area to the door at the driver's discretion. This ensures that your package is delivered securely and conveniently.
Freight Orders: Freight orders will be delivered curbside. In cases where the crate is too large to be unloaded using the lift gate on the delivery truck, you will need to pick up the crate at the local HUB. It is your responsibility to arrange for delivery beyond the curb or to pick up at the local HUB. This ensures that large and heavy items are handled safely and efficiently. -
Installation Scheduling:
To avoid any inconvenience, please do not schedule the installation of your hardware until it has arrived. This ensures that you have all the necessary components on hand before beginning the installation process.
